All donations, large and small, help send us on the road! Sponsorship funding will help cover the costs of bicycles and gear, food, and other travel needs. It will also enable us to communicate to a larger audience and to seek more exposure for the project. Sponsorship may be fulfilled in funds or by value of goods given.We have three levels of giving:

Platinum: Sponsorship of $5000 or more; Platinum sponsors will have logos featured on our website and cycling jerseys, and promotion in interviews. 

Gold: Sponsorship of $1000 or more; Gold sponsors will have logos featured on our website and cycling jerseys. 

Silver: Sponsorship of $250 or more; Silver sponsors will be featured on the website. 

All of our sponsors will be listed on posters displayed at our closing event in Boston, and all receive our deep gratitude.

 

How we Benefit You

For 107 days, our team will be walking, talking billboards. Whether we are giving a presentation to High School students, giving a televised interview, or simply cycling along a busy street, the public will notice our apparel, our logos, and the thanks we send out to our sponsors at events. Our live website and blog will be used to inform an audience far beyond our vicinity, and all sponsors will be thanked with links to their website on ours.

Why it Matters

Every 10 miles of cycling instead of driving reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 10 pounds. If US citizens increased cycling from 1% of all trips to just 1.5%, we would save 462 million gallons of fuel per year*!  

Our mission touches on the subject of little changes for a strong future. In a time of economic downturn, our goal is to turn people on to cheap transportation; and in a time of environmental stress, every rider counts. Sponsorship of our project is a way to express that your company is taking simple actions for a greater good.
